Partner Yoga

This is a yoga class that challenges two people to partner each other in a harmonious way to create a pose for two. Partner yoga can be practiced with friends, family, and fellow yoga students. Increased trust and sensitivity will develop as you support one another to become stronger, more flexible, and more attuned to our own body's inner wisdom.


Most importantly, it is FUN! We laugh together as we strengthen and stretch the body! Using gentle pressure, body weight, and skillful touch, we work with our partner to maximize our flexibility and perfect our alignment in classical yoga postures.

Feel free to attend alone, or with a partner. Appropriate for all levels. No yoga experience is necessary!
